How does it work ?
- Dusty air enters into the filter. Big particies flow into the collecting
reservoir with the deflector sheet and speed decrease. Other particies are
caught by the filters.
- With the command provided by PLC, the filter cartridge that will be cleaned
is shut. Revolving nozzles clean the entire filter by rotating on their own axis.
- After the delay for filling of buffer air tank for a short time, the same
operation is repeated for all the filter cartridges in order.
- Same operation is repeated after set the awaiting time.
Standard Technical Specifications:
- Produced in high sensitivity with CNC workbenches.
- Produced from the materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, etc. all of
which is resistant to corrosion and to different products.
- In result of thoroughly cleaning the filter with circulating air flow :
- Effect of cleaning reaches up to the inside of the filter blade.
- Homogeneous air velocity distribution in cleaning and normal operating,
- Long filter life and less pressure losses are ensured
- Long maintenance intervals.
- Filters can fast be replaced easily with only one screw.
- There is no need for any hand tool or etc. for the replacement.
- Outer case is made of stainless steel. Teflon filter cartridges provide long
life and high efficiency.
- Rotating components don't produce sparkles. They can be used with powders
that have explosion risk.
- All the operating parameters can easily be adjusted thanks to PLC control
system.
